The Bowie Baysox will host a day of carnival style games, music and other fun.
From 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. March 23 at the Prince George’s Stadium, located at 4101 Northeast Crain Highway, the team will host the 14th annual Free Family FunFest. The event, which runs rain or shine, features free rides and games in Louie’s Kids Park, music and displays from local businesses and organization such as the Bowie Police Department, according to a statement from Baysox officials.
“There will be some really great activities and displays for kids and adults that everyone who attends is sure to enjoy,” said Brandan Kaiser, Baysox marketing director. “FunFest is the unofficial start of the season and I hope it helps everyone get excited for Baysox baseball.”
