Frank Peter Sedwick, 59, of Silver Spring, died Feb. 11, 2013

Born on March 18, 1953, in Fort Knox, Ky., to the late Stanley and Gladys Edith Sedwick, he was predeceased by a sister, Rosemary Dent.

He graduated from Allentown High School in Allentown, N.J. He frequently spoke on behalf of the homeless.

He is survived by his siblings, Susan Bowker of Crofton, Rita Clark and husband Robert of Chestnut Hill Cove, Stanley Sedwick and wife Mary Ann of Mercerville, N.J., Kathy Robinson and husband Bryan of Thurmont, Steven Sedwick and wife Valerie of Kent Island, and Christopher Sedwick and wife Heather of Easton; 20 nieces and nephews; and 18 great-nieces and -nephews.

A private interment will occur at St. John’s cemetery in Allentown, N.J.
