Martha H. Ligon, 85, of Ashton, died Feb. 2, 2013.

Born to the late Leon Clyde and Mildred Keniston Havens, she is survived by her husband, John Ligon. She was predeceased by a daughter, Martha L. Dang.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, John K. Ligon of Nevada, Peter G. Ligon of Maryland, Julia Ligon of Maryland, Elizabeth Corrinne Nockett of Florida and Faye H. Caswell of Maryland; and 10 grandchildren.

A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. Feb. 8 at the Friends Meeting House, 17715 Meeting House Road, Sandy Spring. Roy W. Barber Funeral Home in Laytonsville handled the arrangements.
