Prince George’s police are searching for a suspect who they believe shot and robbed a man attempting to make a food delivery in Glenarden last Sunday.

The suspect is 20-year-old Wayne Hunter Jr. of the 8400 block of Hamlin Street in Glenarden, a news release from the Prince George’s County Police Department said.

On Jan. 13, officers responded to the 8400 block of Hamlin Street for a shooting, the release said. Detectives developed Hunter as a suspect, and he is charged with attempted murder and armed robbery, according to the release.

A police spokesman did not immediately return calls for comment Saturday.
