Volunteer firefighter Mike McTighe (aka Santa) took his place on a vintage 1954 Mack engine to ride through Olney with the members of the Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department on Thursday night. After strapping himself into a chair on top of the engine, Santa endured cold and rain to wave to children who heard the siren as his engine made its way through the neighborhoods.
