Santa Claus, escorted by the Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Department, continues his annual trek through Olney area neighborhoods.
While the volunteer firefighters try their best to stay on schedule and visit as many streets as possible, they sometimes run in to unforeseen circumstances. Residents are asked to try to keep the streets clear so that Santa’s sleigh, a 1954 Mack engine, can stick to the route.
Look for Santa between 5:30 and 9 p.m on the following evenings:
Wednesday, Dec. 19, in Williamsburg Village, Cashell Manor, Barnsley Manor Estates, Norbeck Grove, Oatlands, Olney Oaks, Olney Acres and Briars Acres.
