The organization Main Street Middletown will release a booklet on the town’s architectural history.

Main Street Middletown has gotten a grant from Preservation Maryland to hire a graphic designer to help lay out an educational and informational booklet about the history of architecture in the town and maintaining historic properties.

The main purpose of the book is to educate the town’s residents about the town’s architecture and give information to owners of historical properties on how to maintain them.

For more information about the project, contact Becky Reich at breich@ci.middletown.md.us or visit www.mainstreetmiddletown.org.
