Police are investigating the shooting of two men Friday night near the Addison Road Metro Station in the Seat Pleasant area.

Cpl. Clinton Copeland, a spokesman for Prince George's County Police, confirmed that two people were shot near Central Avenue and Soper Lane in Seat Pleasant. The shooting happened around 9:30 pm., he said.

Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries, Copeland said.

The Seat Pleasant Police Department is handling the initial investigation, he said.
