The Potomac Valley section of the National Council of Negro Women Inc. will hold its monthly meeting on Nov. 17. Community members interested in the organization are welcome to attend.

The National Council of Negro Women Inc. is a community service and empowerment organization that leads, develops and advocates for women of African descent.

The meeting will be held at the People’s Community Baptist Church at 31 Norwood Road in Silver Spring.
