President Barack Obama (D) may have won a second term on Nov. 6, but at Mount Airy Middle School, Mitt Romney (R) came out on top.

Results were released on Election Day, with 326 students of the school’s roughly 600 students casting their votes for Romney as opposed to 210 votes for Obama. From Oct. 25-26 students at the school cast their votes for president, U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives through an online election system provided by Pearson Foundation, as part of a nationwide school election program.

Students at the middle school voted 285-178, for Republican Daniel Bongino, who lost to U.S. Sen Benjamin L. Cardin (D). In the 8th congressional district race, the students voted 276-186 for Republican Kenneth Timmerman, who also lost to U.S. Rep. Christopher Van Hollen Jr. (D) on Tuesday.
