A benefit concert organized by 12-year-old Talia Bartley of Chevy Chase is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 11, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Sitar Arts Center in Washington, D.C. Tickets are $25. Proceeds will benefit Sitar Arts Center, a nonprofit that provides music education to young people. The Sitar Arts Center is located at 1700 Kalorama Road, NW 101 in Washington, D.C.

Bartley is also collecting musical instruments for Sitar Arts Center and Community Help in Music Education, which also provides music education to young people. The project, which also includes volunteer teaching, is the public service component of her Bat Mitzvah program at Temple Sinai in Washington.
