The PTAs of Herbert Hoover and Cabin John middle schools, Potomac, will host the 2012 SSL Fair from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25 at Cabin John Middle School, 10701 Gainsborough Road.

Students and their parents can learn about the Student Service Learning requirements for MCPS graduation, meet representatives from organizations pre-approved for SSL hours and have an opportunity to learn about new volunteer opportunities.

More than a dozen organizations were represented at last year’s fair.
