Quilt lovers will delight in the NeedleChasers of Chevy Chase Quilt Show & Artisan Boutique: A Capital Idea. The show will take place at Kensington town hall on Friday, Oct. 12, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 13, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The show will feature more than 200 traditional and contemporary quilts, quilting demonstrations, an artisan boutique, silent auction and capital-themed opportunity to quilt.

Kensington town hall is located on 3710 Mitchell St. Admission is $5. Parking is free.
