Police in Prince Georgeís County are looking for a 21-year-old man last seen in Capitol Heights Friday night.

Steven Louis Rozier was last seen at about 7:25 p.m. in the 7600 block of Mill Wright Street, according to Officer Edward Martin.

Rozier is described as a dark-complexioned black male, 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair and was last seen wearing a black athletic T-shirt, black nylon sweat pants and a diamond stud in his left ear, Martin said.

Rozier has a mild mental disability and a history of kidney failure, for which he takes medication and has an intravenous device implanted in his left arm, according to Martin.

Anyone with information about Rozierís whereabouts should call the county policeís District III Investigative Section at 301-772-4911.
