Pop stars Allstar Weekend and pioneers of 80s glam rock parody Steel Panther will rock the Fillmore Silver Spring this weekend. Allstar takes the stage at 8 p.m. Friday. The California-based band first gained recognition thanks to Radio Disney's “Next Big Thing” competition, and was signed to Hollywood Records shortly thereafter.
