July 12 is the next installment of the Silver Spring Summer Swing Concert Series in Veterans Plaza located at 1 Veterans Plaza in downtown Silver Spring featuring the R&B and funk sounds of Elliot Levine.

July 12 through July 29 is the Over the Line Festival at Round House Theatre located at 925 Wayne Ave. in downtown Silver Spring. The festival celebrates theatre, music and dance were more than 10 companies will perform nearly 50 times. The shows are for all audiences. Tickets are $15, or $10 for Round House subscribers, seniors, patrons 30 years old and younger and groups of 10 or more.
