Prince George’s County Board of Education announced 16 new appointment of principals on June 28.

Bladensburg High School Assistant Principal BernNadette Aisha Mahoney will serve as acting principal.

Brian Galbraith, assistant principal at Samuel P. Massey Academy in Forestville, will be principal at Carrollton Elementary School in New Carrollton.

Jamila Mannie, an assistant principal in Fairfax County, Va., will take over at Clinton Grove Elementary School.

Brandi Stinson, an assistant principal at Laurel Elementary, will replace Sana Sims at the helm at Flintstone Elementary School in Forest Heights. Sims will be the new principal at Cooper Lane Elementary School in Landover Hills.

Alice Swift-Howard, currently principal at Croom Vocational High School in Cheltenham, will take over at DuVal High School in Lanham.

Kelvin Moore, principal at Langley Education Campus in Washington, D.C., will be principal at Ernest E. Just Middle School in Mitchellville.

Oakcrest Elementary Principal Wanda Robinson will take over at Highland Park Elementary in Landover.

Julia Burton will be principal at Hyattsville Elementary School.

Aundrea McCall, an assistant principal at Nicholas Orem Middle School in Hyattsville, will be principal at Indian Queen Elementary School in Fort Washington.

Joel Nelson will take over at Kettering Elementary School.

MenSa Maa will take the helm at William Hall Academy in Capitol Heights, replacing Glenda Washington, who will take over at Patuxent Elementary School in Upper Marlboro.

Carol Dimmie, principal at Woodridge Elementary in Hyattsville, will be principal at Robert Goddard Montessori in Lanham.

Laurel High Assistant Principal Nate Newman will be principal at Suitland High School.

Nicole Clifton, principal at Whittier Education Campus in Washington, D.C., will take over at Walker Mill High School in Capitol Heights.
