The Maryland Insurance Administration has extended its call center hours through July 13, being open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., for residents who have experienced property damage from the June 29 storm.

Those who have questions about claims and insurance problems can call toll-free at 800-492-6116, ext. 2340.

The administration is an independent state agency that regulates the state’s insurance industry by enforcing insurance laws.
