[Congressman] Chris Van Hollen, politician that he is, has seen an easy voter-getter — parking at the site of the new Bethesda Post Office — and jumped on it.

It is obvious that parking is needed near post office buildings. Consider, particularly, package mailing.

My question is: Where was Rep. Van Hollen when the plans were laid?
