Brunswick has announced the line-up of entertainers for the city’s 29th annual Brunswick Railroad Days festival on Oct. 6 and 7.
Acts will include country, bluegrass, pop and rock acts, including Ruthie and the Wranglers, Ho-Kiss-Po-Kiss and Liz Ruffner, who will perform the music of Patsy Cline.
Willie Barry and his Chaperones Band will also perform with the Midnite Bluegrass Boys, Grand Elusion, The Main Line Gravy Soppers and Barbershop Harmony.
Bands will perform at Square Corner Park, or at the American Legion on Maple Avenue in case of rain.
Other performers will include magic performed by Culler Magic, juggling by Kelly Heck, jump-rope performances by the Skip Wizards and caricatures by Paul Merklein.
Brunswick Railroad Days will be open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. both days, and feature train rides and displays, railroad worker talks, arts and crafts, a railroad film festival, kids activities, ethnic and local foods.
This year will also feature the Smithsonian Exhibit “Journey Stories” at the Kaplon Building across from the Brunswick Railroad Museum.
