Cheverly Police are looking for a man who is in violation of his probation after serving prison time for attempted murder, who may be residing in a Cheverly apartment.

Michael Davon Stone, 29, of Capitol Heights, may be living in a unit in the 6300 block of Landover Road, according to Cheverly Police. Stone entered a July 2002 plea agreement to accept attempted second-degree murder and handgun charges in connection with a January 2002 incident, according to online Prince George’s County District court records. He was originally charged with first-degree murder, according to online court records. Stone was sentenced to 10 years in prison in July 2002, according to online court records.

Police said Stone may be armed and ask residents with information about his whereabouts to call 301-341-1055.
