The Olney Farmers and Artists Market is selling tickets for its first Progressive Dinner to benefit the needy and to support local restaurants.

“Sip, Savor, and Celebrate” will offer guests the opportunity to sip on margaritas, savor Greek, Bangladeshi and Jamaican food, and celebrate the culture and cuisine. Participating restaurants include Cavo's (Margaritas, salsa and chips), Big Greek Cafe (Greek hors d'oeuvres), Namaskar (Bangladeshi entrée) and Nice and Spicy (Jamaican ice cream).

The event takes place June 26, with the first seating at 5:20 p.m. Participants will meet at the shopping center behind White's Hardware at Georgia Avenue and Norbeck Road. The cost is $40 per person, $75 per couple. $20 from each ticket goes to the market’s neediest fund.

Tickets available at the market or at www.olneyfarmersmarket.org. For more information, call 202-257-5326.
