The 15th annual Heritage Days return to Montgomery County to celebrate the area’s history, culture and natural beauty from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Entertainment and activities will take place at 32 different sites throughout the region. Some of the weekend’s musical offerings include performances at Glen Echo Park courtesy of the 229th Army Old Line Brass Quintet and Civil War era stylings of the Washington Revels Heritage Voices, as well as the Roustabout String Band. Live performances by Shortbread and The Trio will take place at the Hytattstown Mill Arts Project, while The Garbo Singers will perform gospel music at the Warren Historic Site.
