The leader of Montgomery County Public Schools, Joshua P. Starr, has made his debut on a new county television show, “MCPSSuper.”

The first episode, which aired May 7, showed Starr visiting Oakland Terrace Elementary School in Forest Glen and talking with teachers about the implementation of the school system’s curriculum, Curriculum 2.0.

A new episode will air twice per month that provides an in-depth look of the work going on in schools.

Watch Starr at 4:30 and 8 p.m. Mondays; 10:15 p.m. Wednesdays; 12:15 and 8 p.m. Fridays; and 12:15 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays on MCPS TV (Comcast channel 34 and Verizon channel 36 and at www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org).
