Previously, he was executive vice president for Adventist HealthCare, co-founder and chairman of Chancellor Health Care, partner at Specialty Care Services and regional director at Manor Care.

Adams Express and Petroleum & Resources of Baltimore promoted Brian S. Hook to CFO. Hook was treasurer since 2009. Previously, Hook was a vice president at T. Rowe Price Associates and a business assurance manager with Coopers & Lybrand. Also, Petroleum & Resources promoted Nancy J.F. Prue to president from executive vice president. Prue also is executive vice president of Adams Express. Previously, she worked for Maryland National Bank and Fidelity & Deposit Company of Maryland.

Under Armour also named James Hardy Jr. chief supply chain officer and Fred Knowles senior vice president of human resources. Previously, Hardy worked for Procter & Gamble, Clorox, ConAgra Foods, Dial and Hospira. Knowles worked for Capital One Financial, Exult and ExxonMobil.

The Brick Cos. of Edgewater named Kurt Hamilton food and beverage director at the Golf Club at South River and its restaurant, the Bistro at South River. Previously, Hamilton was food and beverage director at the Colony South Hotel and Conference Center in Washington, D.C.

ISonea of Severna Park named Ross Macdonald and Stewart Washer directors, succeeding Paul Hopper and Fabio Pannuti. Macdonald is former managing director and CEO of Living Cell Technologies.
