Dianne and David Miltenberger of Cumberland announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennie Elizabeth Miltenberger, to Nicholas David Sefcik, son of Donna and David Sefcik of Damascus.

The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Fort Hill High School. She graduated with degrees in accounting and business administration from Frostburg State University in 2011 and is an accountant with Turnbull, Hoover and Kahl, P.A.

The prospective groom is a 2006 graduate of Damascus High School. He graduated with a degree in elementary education from Frostburg State University in 2011 and is employed by Allegany County Public Schools.

A September 2012 wedding is planned.
