Expression Pathology of Rockville promoted Jon Burrows to president and CEO, succeeding Casey Eitner, who remains a director. Burrows had been head of research and development, and executive vice president since 2009. Previously, he worked for Ventana Medical Systems, Novartis, Chiron, Rigel and Sugen/Pharmacia.

Skanska USA of Rockville promoted Russ Alcorn to senior vice president and national director of its Federal Center of Excellence. Before joining the company as a vice president, Alcorn was an operations manager for Hensel Phelps Construction.

Exelon of Chicago announced the following appointments upon its pending acquisition of Constellation Energy Group of Baltimore: Andrew L. Good, now senior vice president, corporate strategy and development at Constellation, to senior vice president and CFO, Exelon Generation; Bryan P.
