Thank you, County Executive Rushern Baker for making transit-oriented development a priority for Prince George's County's 15 Metro stations.

Transit-oriented development can provide many opportunities to a community — safer, more walkable streets; new retail choices; a variety of housing options; and increased real estate values. This is what Prince George's County needs to expand its prosperity.

Inclusive transit-oriented development can foster vibrant, mixed-income communities, allowing residents with a range of incomes to share in the benefits of new investment.
