Lockheed Martin of Bethesda named John C. Larson, now vice president and F-35 program manager, vice president of program management in its Aeronautics Business Area. He will be succeeded by Eric R. Branyan, F-35 deputy and vice president. Branyan will be succeeded in Fort Worth, Texas, by Orlando D. Carvalho, president of Lockheed’s Mission Systems & Sensors unit in Washington, D.C., within its Electronic Systems Business Area. Carvalho will be succeeded by Dale P. Bennett, leader of its Global Training and Logistics unit. Bennett, in turn, will be succeeded by Denise A. Saiki, vice president and general manager of Mission Systems’ Undersea Systems line of business. Lisa B. Callahan succeeds Saiki; she is now vice president of maritime ballistic missile defense programs. Also, Susan B. Kiehl, vice president of program management, will become vice president of the Earned Value Management process. The moves are effective Aug. 1.

Constellation Energy Nuclear Group of Baltimore named Joe Pacher site vice president and Sonny Dean plant general manager at its R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant in Ontario, N.Y. Pacher, now plant general manager, succeeds John Carlin. Previously, he was engineering manager at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station in New York. Dean worked at Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant in Lusby.

The University of Maryland Children's Hospital named Jennifer Stearman chairwoman of its board of visitors. Stearman is a Baltimore partner with McGuireWoods.
