Dr. Richard Binder, a board member of Montgomery Hospice in Rockville, was named by President Barack Obama to the Advisory Group on Prevention, Health Promotion, and Integrative and Public Health. Binder is medical director at McKesson/US Oncology of The Woodlands, Texas, and a professor at Virginia Commonwealth University and Georgetown University School of Medicine.
The Washington Group of Bethesda named Rob Klingensmith senior vice president and Christie Judith director of development. Previously, Klingensmith was vice president and senior relationship manager for premier corporate and professional services in the mid-Atlantic with HSBC.
