We all know that our national anthem was inspired by the bombardment of Fort McHenry in Baltimore during the War of 1812. What other events from that War occurred in Maryland? Dr. Ralph Eshelman will present an illustrated program exploring the role that Maryland played in the War of 1812, and the battlefields, monuments and other sites that you can visit in the state.
