Anger destroys our inner peace. We experience some level of anger everyday. In this series students will learn how to use meditation to develop a peaceful state of mind even in difficult situations. Then anger will no longer have the power to destroy our inner peace.
Each class will include 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching for daily living.
