How to Solve Our Human Problems -Weekly classes on how to develop and maintain peace of mind when negative states of mind arise.
Each class includes 2 guided meditations and a practical teaching that we can apply to our daily lives. Everyone is welcome. These classes are suitable for beginners as well as those that have experience with meditation.
