The 21st Annual Black History Program will take place at Mother Seton Parish Center, on Sunday, February 24 at 3 p.m. Program features gospel music by the Washington Revels Jubilee Voices, GARBO, Goshen Gospel Choir, Mother Seton Youth Choir and St. Joseph's Gospel Choir.
Mrs. Debra Plummer of St.James AME Church will speak at the event.
