Do you know how to help a caregiver pick up the pieces of their life? Would you know how to tell them that they have a right to be upset and afraid? As a caregiver, do you know how to ask others for help with doctor's appointments, running errands, and staying sane?
Workshop objective: Learn how by working in groups to discuss and develop a list of suggestions. Led by Beverly Butler Faragasso, PhD, and the Harmony Hall Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution.
