In April 2012, the County Council passed legislation to assist small businesses that are negatively impacted by county redevelopment projects. The Dept of Economic Development has created a proposed Small Business Assistance Program to be discussed at meeting (proposal is open for comment by the public until Thursday, Jan 31).
