Everyone has a unique personality style which determines how they interact with others. Understanding specific personality types can help develop good customer relationships and create strategies for achieving sales goals. Participants will complete the Uniquely YouŽ DISC Questionnaire to identify their sales style. The workshop will also train attendees in recognizing and understanding their customer's personality styles. Business growth can be achieved by adapting the participant's sales style to their customer's buying style.
