Noted Local Actor/Playwright Steve LaRocque to Perform BYLINE: ERNIE PYLE at Montgomery College on Veterans Day

Steve LaRocque, one of DC's finest local actors and playwrights and co-founder of Quotidian Theatre Company at the Writer's Center, will be performing his new one-man show, BYLINE: ERNIE PYLE, the day we observe Veterans Day.

The play, written and performed by Mr. LaRocque, a 29-year Navy veteran, includes excerpts from the wartime dispatches of Ernie Pyle, one of the first embedded reporters during World War II. Pyle, who hated war but recognized its necessity, ultimately died near Okinawa.
