The Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia hosts a Hootenanny -- a folk-music party -- with members of Theater J’s cast of "Woody Sez: The Words, Music & Spirit of Woody Guthrie.” "This Land Is Your Land” is Guthrie's best-known song among some 3,000 that he wrote.

Bring your guitar, spoons, mandolins, and harmonicas and play along. Fifty percent of the proceeds will benefit the local chapter of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. Guthrie was one of the hundreds of thousands who have been afflicted with Huntington's.
