Meditation is the key to living a happy and contented life. It is also the key to getting along well with others.
Dr. Mike Campbell, senior student at Tibetan Meditation Center, is offering two meditation classes per week at Om Chakra Yoga Studio. On Mondays we do sitting/walking meditation (shamatha) and on Wednesdays we do a Tibetan visualization practice called Chenrezig. Classes go from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
