Women's Self Defense (FREE)
Every Saturday, MMA and Sport hosts a free Women's Self Defense class open to any girl and every woman. In today's world, we can never be over prepared if we were to be attacked or threatened. We would love nothing more than to teach some tools to the public that can initially save lives. Come in once or every week to learn practical ways to survive attacks such as Rape, Robbery, Sexual Harassment, Abuse and Child Abduction situations.
