Ever wanted to try Zumba but were worried about your knees, loud music, or quick moves? This is the perfect chance to experience the fun of Zumba, the latest cardio fitness class, without the high impact or complicated arm and leg movements. Ms Pat Karlsson Backe teaches this class on Monday nights 7-8 PM in the Stage Room at the Franconia United Methodist Church.
